Katherine “Kate” Hoppe

Attorney

Kate brings her creative problem-solving and tenacity to the Hoppe Law team. Kate’s practice areas include commercial litigation, insurance defense, employment, and agribusiness. Kate earned her Bachelor’s degree in History from Colgate University in 2019. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (now known as UC Law San Francisco) in 2022. While in law school, Kate was a moot court team member and a legal research and writing teaching assistant. She was also selected to participate in the Individual Representation Clinic. Kate’s work has also been published in the UC Hastings Communications and Entertainment Law Journal. Kate is admitted to the State Bar of California. In her free time, Kate loves to spend time outdoors, trail running, camping, and backcountry skiing.
