Barbara J. Rueger

As a crucial, and longtime member of the Hoppe Law team, Barbara, has brought years of legal practice experience to our firm. She is an expert Civil Litigator, whose areas of practice include insurance defense, personal injury, appellate practice, and business litigation. Barbara earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego in 1980, and received her Juris Doctorate, with honors, from the San Joaquin College of Law in 1996. Outside of her work with Hoppe Law, Barbara has served as a public entity administrative hearing officer, and as a board member for a local animal shelter. Barbara is a member of the California State Bar and the Fresno County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice before the California Supreme Court and United States District Court.
