Golden Rules for Lawyers

1. Be honorable.

We operate in ways that honor our values, our people, our clients and the law. No exceptions.

2. Defend the honor of your fellow attorneys.

We respect those who practice alongside us, and against us, in effort to bring about the best in the legal process.

3. Value the time of your fellow attorneys.

We understand that all attorneys must prove total value to their clients through the effective use of time.

4. Give straight answers.

We get to the point, quickly and effectively. If we don’t know the answer, we say so.

5. Avoid the need to go to court.

We understand the stress and expense that courtroom proceedings can bring. We always seek the best and most conclusive outcomes to avoid going to court.

6. Solve problems—don’t become one.

We approach every client relationship to provide solutions, not to complicate the process.

7. Have ideals you believe in.

Our values drive our practice. Knowledge. Collaboration. Honor. Defending the Law.
